When in conflict, imagine your thoughts are swinging back and forth like a Pendulum. When on the forward swing it is the “pros” and when in the backward swing it is the “cons”. The pendulum will come to rest eventually. Every time your thoughts rest , record what your last thought was. Repeat this exercise several times and add up the results of your last thought. The thought that occurred several times when in rest would most often be the best answer to your conflict.

If you are disturbed and feel negatively towards somebody, stay away from them – momentarily. Once your mind is rested, if you want them in your life go back to them accepting them the way they are. If your mind is still not rested, continue to stay away. It would be good for both.
