The entire inventory listed in the “Shop in USA” link of www.india4you.com is available at the i-mart store located in Sunnyvale, CA, USA. All products are “Made in India” and shipped from India, US custom cleared/duty paid.

a) Customers can visit the store located in Sunnyvale CA in person and make purchases.
b) They can purchase online with the “in store pick up“ option so they will not incur any shipping charges.
c) For customers in other parts of USA, they can choose the Ground mode or Priority mode option to courier their purchases. i-mart currently ships only Domestic (i.e. within the United States)

i-mart store uses the services of UPS (United Parcel Services) for Ground mode Domestic and (United States Postal Services) for Priority Shipments up to the weight of 70 lbs. All shipments are covered with loss and damages insurance for the merchandize  value with the respective services.

For shipments above 70 lbs i-mart uses the services of R+L Carriers, fully insured. Shipments sent through carriers are door delivered.

i-mart ships to all states within USA to all cities and towns that have a local UPS and USPS office. Shipping charges for standard size products are based on your order Sub Total and fixed to any delivery location. Please note that our shipping fees include our costs for order processing.

Below is the approximate shipping charges chart for standard size shipping

Oversized products e.g. Paintings, Sculptures etc. and overweight products e.g. Golu clay dolls, Brass idols etc. may incur additional shipping surcharges. Art Ids that incur surcharges display a message in the product page. It is also indicated in the Remarks column in the shopping cart. Orders require 1-2 working days to be processed for Ground Mode, and 1 day for Priority Mode.

Estimated delivery for Ground Mode via UPS is 3-7 working days from shipped date based on location.

Estimated delivery for Priority Mode via USPS is 3-4 working days.

Orders that are placed on Saturday or Sunday will be considered as a Monday order.

It is our sincere endeavor to provide, as accurate a photo image of the product as possible. The photo is a representation of an entire stock. However there can be a minor variation depending on the browser that is used to view the photo.

i-mart store stocks and supply quality products. All products are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. We also respect your religious and cultural sentiments and assure you that all products supplied are first hand quality.
