How to view our collection online:
1) Please login with the email and password that has been allotted to you. If you have not registered, please do go to "register" located at the top of the page and create an account.
2] Its easy, to create an account. All you need is to fill in your email address and create your own password. Your account is immediately activated and a mail is sent to your registered email address.
3) To book your order, you need to be signed in. Once you have signed in using your username and password, go to the “Ship Crafts From India” link located at the page header
How do customers in USA book their order:
1) Select the products that you are interested in/add it to the order.
2) By paying 50% of the product cost, you are booking your dolls/crafts in advance. Your shipping charges will not be added at this point.
3) For some special products like Pooja Mandir, Wood Carving Panels etc. customer may request for some changes to design. i-mart would call and discuss all requirements in detail prior to execution of such special orders.
4) Customers in the Bay Area can done an in store pick up while for customers out of the Bay Area shipment will be effected by 15th Aug 2013 from the i-mart store in Sunnyvale, USA. Ground mode will take 5-10 working days, while priority mode will take 4-5 working days.
5) Oversized products and overweight products may incur additional shipping surcharges. Art Ids that incur surcharges display a message in the product page. It is also indicated in the Remarks column in the shopping cart.
6) Once the merchandise is available to pick up/ship we will inform you. You can access your special order through your “My account” and proceed to checkout.
6) At this point you can choose the shipping option and make the balance payment. You can also just visit our store and collect your merchandise. USA Customers have the option to:
- Pick up at the store, at no extra charges.
- Select Ground mode which will take 5-10 working days
- Priority mode which will take 4-5 working days.
7) The goods will be shipped within 3 days from date of receipt of full payment.
